Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Cadence, provided by MLJ Tech Labs. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account and content

• You must own or control the Instagram professional account you connect, and comply with Instagram's terms.
• You keep all rights to content you upload or approve. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service.
• You are responsible for everything published from your account, including AI-assisted content you approve.

Acceptable use

No spam, deceptive engagement, infringing material, or use that violates Instagram's platform policies. We may suspend accounts that put our Instagram platform access at risk.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Trials require no card and end automatically.

Availability and liability

Cadence depends on third-party platforms, including Instagram's API, which can change or fail. We provide the service as is and are not liable for indirect losses, including lost reach or revenue.

Changes

We will notify you by email of material changes to these terms.
