Data deletion

You can remove your data from Cadence in two ways.

From inside the app

• Settings → Instagram → Disconnect removes our access to your Instagram account immediately.
• Settings → Delete workspace schedules permanent deletion of everything after a 7-day grace period, including posts, plans, analytics, and the Instagram connection.

By request

Email hello@mljtechlabs.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30.

Via Instagram

Removing Cadence under Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites also triggers deletion of the Instagram data we hold for that account.
